Generally we ship every day. If it's in stock we'll ship your order out either the same day we receive it or the next day,depending on when you place your order.
If it's not in stock or it's a big ticket item, we receive shipments once a week from our suppliers. You can expect to see most standard items ship to you within 1 to 2 weeks after you place your order.
If you are buying a big ticket item like a dredge or highbanker they are usually built to order and it may tak us 4 to 8 weeks to get yours in. If you are thinking about buying a dredge, give me a call and we can get a pretty close estimate on when you'll get one and a pretty good estimate in shipping charges if you order it from me.
Want something not on our website, give me a call we love special orders.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Most small ticket stock items can be exchanged if it's new and unused. Special order items are non returnable. Not sure what you want feel free to give me a call and figure it out.
